The colour is pale yellow with dense and abundant effervescence. It has a fresh and intense aroma of bread crust, meanwhile the perlage is fine and finish taste is dry, ample and with notes of tropical fruits.
Our Extra Brut traditional method sparkling wine is dry and elegant. Due to its delicate effervescence and natural acid note it’s a perfect match with fresh cheese, fish and white meat. For Extra Brut we use mainly Garganega grapes, that after the first fermentation in stainless still tanks remains in the bottle for the second fermentation within next 30 months
